Even a small thngs that you wish to do need that belief to accomplish it.

Well, i got some story, maybe it's just a stupid story. but i think i apply it well. :)

One day my dentist decided to remove my gigi geraham since it cause serious pain. and because of that, i need to get use myself to chew on the left side instead of right side, my usual path. It's seriously hard for me. At first, i thought i will never able to do it. Since i didn't believe that i can chew well when i change to left side, i keep chewing using right side. Bayangkan when you eat, it stucks, you can't even taste the thng you eat. You can't eat meat, and bread because it'll stuck between the hole when you chew it.

After 2 weeks, i decided just to hv a try to chew using left side. and i keep repeating to myself that i can and that oneday i will get use to it as if that's my usual path. And today, without i notice it, with that believe, i'm able to chew on the left side without any problem. hee. :D


And today, it's applied when i wanted to heal or motivate myself when i feeling down or stress. Without i believe that i'm gonna be alright, and everything's gonna be fine, i won't feel good even how hard i tried. Sure i need a supporter to support me, to listen to me when i'm down. But i still believe that myself is my greater supporter. She always remind me that i always can stand by my own feet. She always be my side. She's there all the time.

Kita mungkin tk berapa berjaya lg skrng, tapi saya percaya, satu hari nnti we will. a Stupid notes .

Personally when a girl said,
"I was waited for your reply" or asked,
"Why didn't you call me last night?" to a guy;

They didn't expect a sorry note from the guy. They just want you to know that they're thinking about you. They just need perhaps 10% of your attention in 24 hrs time if not 100%. A woman didn't ask 100% concentration for them. Enough to show them some care, enough with simple conversation to give them comfort.


A simple, "how's your day today?" or
"how's your meeting just now?" is more than enough.

A little note, may looks stupid for you. But for a woman, is a huge quick relief when they received. It just brighten their days.


They don't ask you to pamper them.
They don't want your money.
They don't need your 24/7 attention.

They just need a little care.

I had a great Saturday when i just spent time at home, cooking, and watching old movies with my housemate, Kuza. Yesterday, i watched The Shawshank Redemption, Seven Pounds and Ayat-Ayat Cinta (haha!). and we cooked Cheese and Herbs Pasta for the dinner. The previous week, watched Save The Last Dance and Close. There goes my weekend. Swweeet ! :D

Oh my favourite songs, by Athena Cage and Only You by 112. It's OST Save The Last Dance. Damn, i miss the steps, and the beat.

Taman Negara Selai-Endau Rompin .

It's nice to have some break and spend some times at jungles. Last Saturday i went to Taman Negara Selai-Endau Rompin with OARS members for 3 days. It was great trip, eventhough i'm not really into jungle trip thngy. lol. But yeah, it was great, and i think i fall in love with it. he he.

Taman Negara Selai is located at Johor was named after Kampung Selai, an Orang Asli village near the entrance. It takes about 4 hours to get there from Cyberjaya. As we arrived at entrance in the Sunday morning, there're 9 4x4 wheels were waiting for us to get in the Taman Negara. We camped at the first campsite called Lubuk Merekek, about 45 minutes from the entrance.

Seriously the scenary was mesmerizing. We camped beside the river. I never seen sungai yg sgt best mcm tu. hee. We manage to set up the tent quite fast eventhough it was raining. Lupa nk amik gmbr campsite and masa we set up the tent. haha. At night, we cooked our dinner in group, using mustin. Sardin dan nasi mentah pn bole jadi sgt sedap bila dh kebulur. kan? haha.

After our dinner, we had night walk around the forest, and visited an old Orang Asli house which made 100% woods and bamboo without any single nails. Terer gle kan? It was great experience. I manage to breakthrough my biggest fears, the dark. LOL. Oh did i mention that my feet was badly terseliuh just before i departed from MMU? gahh, mcm haram. But thnk god, i manage to follow all the activities.

On the 2nd day, we went for jungle trekking to the highest waterfalls, Takah Tinggi. It takes about 2 hours trekking up.

At Takah Tinggi, we stopped there about 30 minutes. Sadly we can't swim there as several cases had happen before. I was really fascinated by the scenery.








We had our lunch at second check point on trekking down. One of our guide is frm Orang Asli. He introduce us a rare fruit that only happen once in 7 yrs which called buah Merekek. Rupa mcm manggis, tapi isi rasa masam2 sket. Sedap jgk la..








To Mr Driver, this is the reason why i don't like to say "1,2,3" when i'm taking picture. It turns out natural. :)


Our last stopped was at Lubuk Tapah, the base camp. I had chance to try water tubing ! Best la jgk, tapi mungkin sbb arus tk berapa kuat, so selalu tersekat kt batu-batu besar.







On the last day, we had free activity. Some of us started to pack thngs, and some went swimming for the last time. Seriously, this is my first time swimming in the deep river. Sgt best ! Ada org tu siap belaja berenang kt sana. and die berjaya ! haha. :P





We had maggie for our breakfast on the last day. lol.

I really had great time there. Wake up in the morning with the serene sounds around, can u imagine? Really, calming. it's great getaway. Till next holiday ~ :)
